Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows.
Spread on a 10 x 15-inch greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; cover with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 3 minutes, or until marshmallows are soft.
Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
