Marshmallow Fudge
Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 c miniature marshmallows, 3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can creamy chocolate sweetened condensed milk and dash salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In heavy sauce pan over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk, salt, butter and marshmallows.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Spread evenly onto wax paper lined 8-9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board.
Peel off paper, cut into squares.
Store covered in refrigerator.
