Marshmallow Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 large cool whip, 1 box instant pistachio pudding, 1 large bag miniature marshmallows and 1-1/2 cup chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix pudding and cool whip until dissolved.
Add marshmallows. Add pineapple chunks to cool whip mixture.
Add pecans and chill at least 2 hours.
