Marshmallow Crisp
Marshmallow Crisp is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 20 marshmallows and 2 1/2 c. rice krispies cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter in microwave in an 8-inch square baking dish (about 1 minute).
Add marshmallows, cover with plastic wrap and heat for 3 minutes; stir.
Add cereal, blend and press firmly into dish.
Yield: 16 bars.
