Marshmallow Crème
Marshmallow Crème is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. karo syrup and 7/8 c. egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 242° or medium ball stage. While this mixture is cooking, place the Karo syrup and egg whites into a bowl.
Beat slowly until mixed, then beat hard until light and fluffy.
Pour the first mixture into this in a fine stream.
When the mixture is completely combined, beat hard for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla and store in jars or cans.
Do not cover until mixture is cold.
