Marshmallow Crème
Marshmallow Crème is an easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes knox gelatin, 2/3 c. cold water, 1 c. sugar and 1 1/3 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften gelatin in water over top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and stir gelatin until dissolved.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Put corn syrup in large mixing bowl; pour hot gelatin mixture over the syrup and beat until thick (about 15 minutes).
Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Store in 1-quart wide-mouth jars in refrigerator.
Spoon out as needed.
