Marshmallow Coconut Drops
Marshmallow Coconut Drops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a large saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook to soft ball stage (230° to 234°).
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and marshmallow cream. Stir until marshmallow cream is melted.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool completely.
Yields 5 dozen.
