Marmalade Bread
Marmalade Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 (1 lb.) jar (1 1/2 c.) orange marmalade, 1/4 c. oil and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift together dry ingredients.
Reserve 1/4 cup marmalade. Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups marmalade, egg, orange juice and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring until moistened.
Stir in nuts. Turn into a greased 9 1/2 x
X 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan and place on baking sheet. Spread top with reserved marmalade and return to oven 1 minute to glaze.
