Marion's Rice
Marion'S Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry the bacon until crisp and drain well.
Drain the skillet where you fried the bacon, leaving 2 tablespoons of grease.
Add the rice (you may use leftover rice, if you wish) and the crushed red pepper and stir well over a low fire.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve hot.
