Made with 1 small cauliflower, broken into flowerets, 2 green peppers, cut in 1/2-inch strips, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 (5 1/4 oz.) can black pitted olives and 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar cocktail onions, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix vegetables together in a shallow dish.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
Cook 5 minutes.
Pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.
