Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots, well drained, 1 small green pepper, sliced thin, 1 medium onion, sliced thin, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice and 1/2 c. salad oil (i use 1/4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
