Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 carrots, sliced, 1 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 c. cauliflower flowerets, 1 c. small fresh mushrooms and 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook carrots in 1/2 cup water; boil for 5 minutes.
Combine with cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers and mushrooms.
Combine mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Gradually add oil; stir briskly to blend.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
Chill thoroughly.
