Marinated Vegetables
Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. vinegar, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut carrots in rings.
Cook in salt water until tender, but firm.
Drain.
Cut up other vegetables and add to carrots.
Bring rest of ingredients to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add all vegetables.
This will keep for 2 or 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
