Marinated Vegetables
Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french beans, 1 can tiny garden peas, 1 can white shoe peg corn, 1/2 c. green pepper and 1/2 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain French beans, peas and corn.
Set aside vegetables. Make marinade with sugar, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil and white vinegar.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Let cool.
Add vegetables and let set overnight.
Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
