Cut carrots in rings.
Cook in salt water until tender, but firm.
Drain.
Cut up other vegetables and add to carrots.
Bring rest of ingredients to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add all vegetables.
This will keep for 2 or 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
