Marinated Turkey is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1 1/2 c. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. white wine or 7-up and medium sized turkey breast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice turkey breast in slices 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

Mix marinade.

Marinate turkey for at least two hours.

Turn turkey a time or two or put in container with tight-sealing lid and turn over.

Place turkey on grill; baste occasionally.

Turn once. (Grill about 8 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness of slices.)

Fresh turkey may be sliced and frozen (put on cookie sheet with wax paper between layers until frozen).

To fix quantity desired, mix a proportional amount of marinade.
