Marinated Slaw
Marinated Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small cabbage, 1 green bell pepper, 1 onion, 4 carrots and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Shred cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrots into colander, sprinkling layers with salt.
Let drain at room temperature for 4 hours; press to remove remaining moisture.
Combine vinegar, water and sugar in bowl; mix well.
Combine with cabbage mixture in serving bowl; mix well.
Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours or longer.
