Marinated Shrimp
Marinated Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. shrimp, 1/2 c. celery tops, 3 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. mixed pickling spices and 1 pt. sliced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil shrimp in enough water to cover. Add celery tops, salt and spices. Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Drain shrimp and cool with cold water.
Peel under cold running water.
Alternate shrimp and sliced onions in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp and onions.
Keep in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
