Marinated Shish Kabobs
Marinated Shish Kabobs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. sirloin or tenderloin, cubed, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. marjoram, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Meat. Combine remaining ingredients except mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Marinate meat in this mixture for 6 hours, turning often.
Add mushrooms and pepper wedges to marinating sauce.
Marinate
2 more hours. When ready to assemble, alternate meat, peppers, onions and tomatoes (wedges or whole, small tomatoes) skewers and broil about 20 minutes, basting often with marinating sauce. (May be cooked on the outdoor grill.) Yields 4 servings.
