Marinated Sausage
Marinated Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix first seven ingredients together in a measuring cup; set aside.
Slice red onion very thin.
Slice sausage at a bias cut. Slice tomatoes thin, also.
Put ingredients in a marinade container or bowl with an airtight lid and marinate at least 8 hours.
Overnight is best.
Serve with Ritz or other crackers.
