Marinated Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cider vinegar, 1/2 c. oil, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 large can lesueur peas and 1 large can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix vinegar, oil and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours.
The longer, the better.
