Marinated Pork
Marinated Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. minced fresh spearmint, 1 tbsp. peeled, grated ginger root, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/3 c. molasses and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Place tenderloins in large flat nonmetal dish.
Pour mixture over tenderloins, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove tenderloins, reserving marinade.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Place on grill over medium-hot grill.
Insert a meat thermometer to thickest part.
Cook 20 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 160Β°.
Baste often with marinade.
Great served with wild rice.
