Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 lb. mushrooms and 3 to 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and drain mushrooms; cut off stems, leaving 1/4-inch. Heat water to boiling.
Add mushrooms.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain and cool mushrooms.
Place in bowl.
Pour marinade over mushrooms.
Toss until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week, stirring occasionally.
To serve, drain mushrooms well, 7 calories per mushroom.
