Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. mushrooms, 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 clove garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice mushrooms in half through stems. Quarter artichoke hearts and combine with mushrooms.
Combine remaining ingredients and heat, but do not boil. Pour over mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Refrigerate overnight. Remove peppercorns and bay leaf before serving.
