Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. small, fresh mushrooms, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/3 c. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Trim the ends from the stems of the mushrooms.
Wash them quickly; dry immediately and cut each mushroom in half.
Mix salt, pepper, oregano, wine vinegar and oil together.
