Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. small mushrooms, 3/4 c. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced, juice of 2 lemons and 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Clean mushrooms and trim mushroom stems.
Cut mushrooms in half or one quarter the larger ones.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add all ingredients (except parsley for garnish).
Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover and let mushrooms cool in liquid.
