Marinated Kale
Marinated Kale is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch kale, 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, 1 or 2 tsp. oil, ken's house vinaigrette and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place oil at bottom of large saucepan.
Heat slightly.
Cut leaves of kale.
Throw away stems.
Place kale in oil with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.
Cover.
(Check frequently, keep adding water.)
Drain marinade of artichokes into saucepan.
(Cut some artichoke in with kale).
Cover.
Check frequently, adding water when needed.
Add 1 tablespoon of Ken's dressing; cook.
