Made with 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, 1 pear, cut into chunks, 1 nectarine, cut into chunks, 2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate, undiluted and 1 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple; reserve juice and set aside.
Combine pineapple, pear, apple and nectarine.
Set aside.
Combine reserved pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, honey and mint.
Pour over fruit and toss gently.
