Marinated Cucumbers
Marinated Cucumbers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. wine vinegar, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. crushed dill weed and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in medium saucepan.
After bringing to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel cucumbers and slice thin pieces into a non-corrosive bowl.
Pour marinade over cucumbers and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
Drain and serve on lettuce leaves.
