Marinated Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cut-up chickens or equivalent pieces, 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chicken face up in a roasting pan.
Cover with dry onion soup; cover completely with cranberry sauce.
Cover.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Bake as is, at 350Β° for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown as desired.
Serve hot or cold.
(Can be made as a single or double layer.)
