Marinated Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. block cheddar cheese, 8 oz. block cream cheese, frozen 30 minutes prior to cutting, 1/2 c. white wine vinegar, 2 oz. diced pimento and 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube block of Cheddar cheese and block of cream cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
Let marinate overnight.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
