Marinated Cauliflower
Marinated Cauliflower is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen 5-minute cook cauliflower, 1 envelope onion italian mild, italian or garlic salad mix, vinegar, water and salad oil and lettuce leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Prepare cauliflower as directed on package; drain.
Meanwhile, prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, water and salad oil as directed.
Lay lettuce leaves in bottom of bowl.
Put cauliflower over lettuce and pour 1/2 cup salad dressing over vegetables. Chill at least 3 hours.
Garnish with minced scallions and crumbled cooked bacon if desired.
Makes about 2 cups or 3 servings.
