Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced, 1 c. tomato soup, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. salad oil and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook the carrots just until done, but still firm.
Mix together the tomato soup, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Add onions and peppers.
Drain carrots and mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
