Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 c. carrots, 1 medium onion, 1 green pepper, 1 can campbell's tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice carrots thin and cook until tender; drain.
Mix onion and green pepper.
Mix all ingredients together while carrots are cooking.
