Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 small onion, sliced, 1 green pepper, slivered, 1 c. tomato soup and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pare and slice carrots into 1/2-inch pieces.
Cook only until crisp-tender.
Whip the tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, salt, vinegar, pepper and dry mustard for 5 minutes or place in blender. Combine carrots, pepper, onion, and pour dressing over.
Let stand several hours or overnight.
