Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans fingerling carrots or fresh boiled in salted water, drained and cooled, 1 green pepper, sliced (optional), 1 good size onion, sliced, 1 c. vinegar and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil carrots in salted water.
Drain and cool.
Cook vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup and oil.
After cooking, add carrots, pepper and onion.
Cook 5 minutes.
Will last 3 weeks.
