Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. carrots, 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. oil, 3/4 c. white vinegar and 1 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut up carrots; cook in salted water, then drain.
Don't cook until soft.
Mix tomato soup, oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Slice onion and bell pepper.
Add carrots, onion and bell pepper to mixture and leave overnight.
