Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. carrots, 1 medium onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook carrots until tender.
Drain and cool.
Cut onion and pepper in round slices and mix with cooked carrots.
