Marinated Carrots
Tender cooked carrots and green pepper rings marinated in a tangy tomato-soup dressing sharpened with vinegar, sugar and onion. Sweet-and-sour, make-ahead and great cold.

Cook sliced carrots until tender; drain.
Combine soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; stir to dissolve sugar.
Pour hot mixture over carrots, green pepper and onion rings.
Chill overnight.
