Marinated Carrots

Peel and cut carrots into bite-size pieces.
Cook in salted water until tender.
Do not overcook.
Drain well.
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and tomato soup together in pan.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over warm carrots.
Add green pepper and onion.
Mix well.
Chill overnight.
