Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. cooking oil and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, soup, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire and salt; boil until thick, about 5 minutes.
Add onion and green pepper.
Arrange carrots in layers with onions and peppers, pour boiling marinade over carrots.
Place in fridge at least 24 hours. Serve hot or cold.
