Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until barely tender, drain, 3 small onions, sliced fine and diced, 1 green pepper, sliced fine and diced, 1 can undiluted tomato soup and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
