Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 onion, sliced, 1/2 green pepper, sliced, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook carrots and drain.
Combine with onion and green pepper. Set aside.
Combine soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard. Stir until well mixed.
Pour over carrots.
