Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. vinegar and 1 tsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice carrots thin.
Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
Add pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots and pepper.
