Carrots.

Slice and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. and bell pepper.

Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, vinegar, salad oil and sugar in saucepan.

Bring to a boil.

Add Tabasco sauce.

Pour over carrots and refrigerate.
