Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 green pepper, 1 rib celery, onion and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and thinly slice carrots.
Cook until tender.
Drain and cool.
Mix and bring to boil: sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and soup.
Slice onion, pepper and celery thinly.
Mix with cooked carrots.
Remove sauce from heat and pour over carrots.
May be served hot or cold.
