Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked crisp and chilled, 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. salad oil and 3/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all but carrots, onions and green pepper.
Once marinade is mixed, add carrots, onion and green pepper.
Chill overnight, tossing occasionally.
Serves 10 to 12.
