Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. diced or chunk carrots, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. vinegar, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook carrots until barely tender.
Drain and mix together. Heat the remaining ingredients.
Pour over drained carrots and add 1 green pepper or onion, selected for color.
May add celery.
