Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, cooked and drained or 2 cans, 1 green pepper, ringed, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 to 3/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer carrots, peppers and onions in Tupperware.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots.
