Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sliced carrots, 1 medium sliced onion, 1 green pepper, cut in rings, 1 can tomato soup and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil carrots until just tender (8 to 9 minutes).
Layer onion, carrots and green pepper in a large bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Cool slightly. Pour over vegetables.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
They will keep about 1 week.
